Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, including moving materials and equipment. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors regarding construction tasks and safety protocols. Load and unload materials as needed for various construction projects. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications. Perform physical labor including lifting, digging, and carrying materials as required.

Requirements

Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team. Strong physical fitness with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) regularly. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is advantageous. Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork. Willingness to adhere to safety regulations and protocols at all times.
