General Labourer - Civil Construction (Fraser Highway Project)

About the Role

We're looking for a reliable, hard-working Labourer to join our crew on a project located off Fraser Highway. This role is ideal for someone who is physically fit, safety-minded, and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions.

What You'll Do

Perform manual labour tasks including sweeping, shoveling, digging, raking, and site housekeeping Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Assist pipelayers, grademen, and equipment operators Cut asphalt and concrete using power tools Backfill, compact, and prepare subgrade Support traffic control around work zones Operate small hand and power tools Attend toolbox and safety meetings and follow all safety procedures

What You Bring

Minimum 6 months construction experience Experience working around heavy equipment Ability to use hand and power tools safely Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to take direction Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Requirements

Valid driver's licence Reliable transportation Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs Able to work outdoors in all weather and stand, crouch, or bend for long periods

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
