General Labourer - MGM Contracting Ltd.

About the Role:

MGM Contracting Ltd. is seeking a motivated and dependable General Labourer to join our team. We specialize in strata and commercial building maintenance projects across the Lower Mainland, including roofing, painting, concrete repairs, gutter and fascia replacement, and full building envelope restoration.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on individual with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn a variety of trades. This position offers consistent work, growth opportunities, and the chance to be part of a professional and tight-knit crew.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with roofing, painting, and caulking projects (including setup, cleanup, and support tasks) Perform debris removal, power washing, material loading/unloading, and job site organization Help install or repair fascia, gutters, trims, and other exterior components Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently Follow direction from site supervisors and ensure all work meets MGM's quality standards Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site environment
Qualifications:

Previous construction or labour experience is an asset but not required -- training provided Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious Ability to work well in a team and take direction Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
