Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will be an essential part of our construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that work sites are safe, organized, and efficient. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Duties

Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites, including loading and unloading materials. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks efficiently. Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and assisting with installations. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.

Qualifications

Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required. Ability to follow directions and work well in a team environment. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus. A valid driver's license is beneficial for transportation to job sites. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
