Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidates will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety on the job site.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge to drive trucks with trailers.

Responsibilities

Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks including demolition. Prepare job sites by cleaning and organizing materials and tools. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols at all times. Load and unload materials as needed, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by disposing of waste materials properly.

Experience

Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is a plus. Ability to follow directions accurately and work collaboratively within a team setting. Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform manual labor for extended periods. A commitment to safety practices and procedures on the job site is essential.
