Must have: \xc2\xb7 -Reliable ability to get to site and driver\xe2\x80\x99s license \xc2\xb7 -High School Diploma Experience we like: \xc2\xb7 Formwork carpentry or other trades experience (including mechanics, welding, heavy equipment) \xc2\xb7 Concrete finishing or prep experience including forming (Structural, Peri/Doka/Symons, flatwork) \xc2\xb7 Landscaping, framing/decking or bricklaying experience. \xc2\xb7 Timber framing or fine woodworking \xc2\xb7 Technical background (engineer student or engineering tech, other education including BA or BSC, architectural or landscape design experience, millwright, welder, etc) \xc2\xb7 Farm background/sports/outdoors \xc2\xb7 Equipment operator including pulling gooseneck trailers in tight spaces, air brakes, & general mechanical aptitude. \xc2\xb7 Machine operation, including excavator and skidsteer.
