Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks (residential and commercial), ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Duties

Assist with the preparation and clean-up of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment. Carry out tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials as directed by supervisors. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from foremen or project managers to complete assigned tasks on time. Help with the installation of structures, frameworks, and fixtures as needed. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on-site to prevent accidents and injuries.

Qualifications

Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and standing for extended periods. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team. Pay: $19.50-$24.00 per hour
