BONUS PAY AVAILABLE We are seeking 2 dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Assist skilled tradespeople with their tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. Perform general labor duties such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials. Maintain a clean and organized job site by removing debris and ensuring tools are stored properly. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Operate basic construction equipment as needed under supervision. Help with the setup and teardown of scaffolding and other temporary structures.

Skills

Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work collaboratively with others. Good communication skills to effectively interact with team members and supervisors. A commitment to safety practices on the job site. Previous experience in construction or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
