We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various construction projects, supporting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring the safe and efficient progress of job sites. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, reliable, and eager to learn about the construction industry. Responsibilities

Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment on-site Prepare construction sites by cleaning and setting up necessary tools and materials Support skilled workers such as carpenters, masons, and electricians in their tasks Perform general labor duties including digging, lifting, and moving heavy materials Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment Operate basic hand tools and assist with equipment setup as needed Maintain cleanliness of the work area to ensure safety and efficiency Adhere to project timelines and instructions from supervisors

Qualifications

Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious attitude Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory; reliable transportation is beneficial Basic understanding of construction safety standards is advantageous
