We are currently seeking reliable and experienced construction labourers to join our team in building modular homes. The ideal candidates will be hardworking, punctual, and possess a solid understanding of residential construction processes.
Responsibilities
Assist in all phases of modular home construction, including framing, siding, roofing and interior fishing
Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with the team
Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety.
Perform manual labour and operate basic power tools as required
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in residential or modular construction
Must have your own vehicle and a valid driver's license
Must own basic hand tools, including an impact driver and drill
CSA- approved safety boots required
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment
Punctual, dependable, and able to follow safety protocols.
