Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of job sites by cleaning and clearing debris
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed
• Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision
• Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced tradespeople
• Help with the installation of structures and fixtures, such as concrete, wood, windows, doors, and drywall
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the construction team

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week

Additional pay:

• Bonus pay
• Overtime pay
