Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Duties

Assist with the preparation and cleanup of job sites, including loading and unloading materials. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members. Perform tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work area. Help in the assembly and dismantling of scaffolding, structures, and temporary installations. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to construction practices.

Qualifications

Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to completing tasks on time. A valid driver's license may be beneficial for transportation purposes.
