Construction Labourer
Job Description
Maskunow Construction is a well-established company is looking for all asphalt plant and paving crew personnel.
Available positions:
Labour / Grounds person
Broom / Roller Operator
Required qualifications for all positions:
Positive attitude
Team player
Valid Driver's License
commitment to safety
Solid Knowledge of workplace safety and safe lifting and handling procedures
Fit for duty aka substance testing - including testing for marijuana - is required
Experience is preferable, but not considered necessary. Travel throughout Saskatchewan is required during the summer road construction season. The typical daily work period is 12 - 14 hours, and overtime is paid after 40 hours per week. Shifts are usually 10 days on and 4 days off, and all long weekends are off. Accommodation and living allowance for meals is provided. An allowance is paid if the employee provides their own accommodation i.e. camper.
