Construction Labourer
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist with various construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.Using water blaster to clean off
- Operate hand and power tools under the supervision of a skilled worker
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials
- Load and unload materials from trucks and assist with inventory management
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with the construction team to complete projects on time and within budget Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Familiarity with hand and power tools is a plus
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employee may perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $20.00-$21.00 per hour Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- construction: 2 years (preferred)
- Class G Licence (required)
