Carpenter Labourer

. Must have driver's license and own vehicle as job site locations can be varied.

Must be able to follow directions, and work in a safe tidy manner. This is a physically demanding and

As well as Carpentry Schooling, Duties include but not limited to;

Leak detection & repairs

Water damaged Structure repair

Wood framing & steel stud

Door and window installations

Flashing & rain-screen installations

Soffit & siding applications

Foundation waterproofing

Sealant replacement

Decks & fences

Balcony coating & Handrails
