About Us

Thee Farm Event & Wellness Centre is a growing property dedicated to creating beautiful spaces for events, wellness retreats, and social gatherings. We are currently seeking a full-time Construction Labourer to join our team and assist with various site development and maintenance projects on our scenic property.

Position Overview

The Construction Labourer will support day-to-day site operations and assist in the development and upkeep of facilities at Thee Farm. The ideal candidate is hardworking, reliable, and comfortable working outdoors in all seasons.

Key Responsibilities

Operate heavy equipment such as skid steers, tractors, and excavators for tasks including trenching, grading, and snow removal. Assist with on-site construction projects (e.g., framing, fencing, landscaping, etc.) Perform general site cleanup and maintenance, ensuring work areas are safe and organized. Load and unload materials and equipment. Perform basic carpentry, demolition, and repair work as needed. Maintain tools and equipment in good working order. Follow all safety protocols and site procedures.

Qualifications

Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or a related field preferred. Experience operating heavy equipment is an asset. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labour outdoors in various weather conditions. * Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
