Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, including loading and unloading materials. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks as directed. Perform general labor duties such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on the job site. Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met.

Qualifications

Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and standing for long periods. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus. Strong work ethic and reliability; punctuality is essential. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
