Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role is essential in supporting skilled tradespeople and maintaining a productive work environment on-site.
Duties
Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, including loading and unloading materials. Operate hand tools and power tools under the supervision of skilled workers. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members. Support the construction team by performing tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials. Help with the installation of structures and fixtures as directed by supervisors. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues as necessary.
Skills
Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. Basic knowledge of construction methods, tools, and safety practices is preferred. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work collaboratively within a team. Good communication skills to effectively interact with team members and supervisors. Starting wage depends on experience Must have transportation to work
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.49-$20.00 per hour
