Construction Laborer

to join our growing team.

What You'll Do

Help prep and clean job sites before, during, and after residential construction projects Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment Support skilled trades on basement developments, bathroom remodels, and exteriors Operate hand tools and power tools safely (training provided) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Follow directions from supervisors and work collaboratively with the team Perform light maintenance on tools and equipment as needed Adhere to all safety regulations and company standards

What We're Looking For

Experience in construction or renovation is an asset, but we'll train the right person Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs Willingness to learn and take pride in your work Basic understanding of tools, materials, and construction practices is a bonus Team player with good communication skills Valid driver's license is preferred but not required
