We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of job sites by cleaning and clearing debris.
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks, such as carpentry, masonry, or electrical work.
Help with the installation of swimming pools, concrete and hardscaping.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of construction practices.
Experience
Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is a plus.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards learning new skills.
Must be physically fit to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
