Overview

IVIS is seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various construction projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, reliable, and eager to learn new skills in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, including loading and unloading materials. Operate hand tools and power tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople. Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols at all times. Participate in the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding, structures, and other temporary installations. Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency on-site.

Experience

Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required; we welcome entry-level candidates who are willing to learn. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus. Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A commitment to safety practices on the job site is essential. Pay: $24.50-$28.91 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
