Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as

Construction Laborers.

In this role, you will be an integral part of our construction projects, assisting with various tasks to ensure that work is completed efficiently and safely. Ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Duties

Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks, including framing, drywall installation, and site preparation. Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and transport them to designated areas on site. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by removing debris and ensuring tools are stored properly. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision as needed. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of construction practices.

Requirements

Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required; we welcome entry-level candidates who are eager to learn. Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety equipment is a plus. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift materials as required by the job. A commitment to maintaining high standards of safety on the job site Can speak, read, and write English.

Day shifts, sometimes early mornings Overtime and overnight shifts may be required Work boots and approved safety gear must be always worn Must adhere strictly to company policies and health and safety program.
