Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation and cleanup of job sites, including loading and unloading materials Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Follow directions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople on site Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion

Experience

Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed
