We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team. This role involves supporting construction projects through various manual tasks, ensuring safety and efficiency on-site. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a commitment to quality workmanship. Responsibilities

Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools Perform basic demolition tasks as directed by supervisors Dig trenches, mix concrete, and assist with foundation work Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety Follow all safety protocols and regulations at all times Support skilled tradespeople with their tasks as needed

Skills

Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently Good communication skills for teamwork and safety coordination Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment (nice-to-have) Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks on-site Prior experience in construction or related fields is advantageous but not required Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Freelance

Pay: $17.75-$20.00 per hour
