Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment Support skilled workers by carrying tools, supplies, and materials to designated areas Help with site cleanup and debris removal to maintain a safe and organized work environment Dig trenches, mix concrete, and perform other manual tasks as directed Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure personal and team safety at all times Support the installation of structures, framing, or other construction components as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods Strong work ethic with attention to safety standards Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team Valid driver's license is a nice-to-have for transportation purposes Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks on-site
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
