Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn various aspects of construction. This role involves working on a variety of projects, utilizing hand and power tools, and collaborating with skilled tradespeople to complete tasks efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

Assist in the construction of residential and commercial properties. Utilize hand tools and power tools for various construction tasks, including but not limited to caulking, cabinet installation, flooring installation, and concrete forming. Support carpenters in framing, drywall installation, and finishing work. Perform basic electrical tasks as needed under supervision. Engage in other construction activities when required for specific projects. Maintain a clean and organized job site to ensure safety and efficiency. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks on the job site. Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project goals.

Requirements

Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is essential. Basic knowledge of caulking, cabinet installation, flooring installation, concrete forming, electrical work, welding, or carpentry is a plus. Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
