Job Overview: We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our construction team as Construction Laborers. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various tasks on construction sites. This is a physically demanding position that requires the ability to work in various weather conditions and perform manual labor. Responsibilities: - Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites - Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment - Dig trenches with and without equipment. - Operate power tools and machinery under supervision - Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment - Perform general maintenance tasks as needed Experience: - Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required - Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is a plus - Ability to read and interpret blueprints is a plus - Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job - Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment - Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks We offer competitive pay rates based on experience.
