Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment. Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, and carrying materials, working in tight areas as needed. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively under supervision. Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete tasks on schedule. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while on the job site. Assist with the installation of structures, including framing, drywall, and roofing as required.

Skills

Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. Basic knowledge of construction techniques and tools is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team. Good communication skills to interact with supervisors and fellow workers. Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Willingness to learn new skills and take on various tasks as needed in the construction process.
