We\'re looking for candidates who have:
- Previous construction experience
- The ability to lift 50lbs
- Experience digging ditches or trenches, back-filling excavations, and compacting and leveling earth to grade specifications
- The ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body
- Experience with misting the working area to reduce dust
- Flagger experience is not required but is an asset
- A strong safety-conscious mindset
- First Aid & H2S certifications are assets
