We are seeking a dedicated Construction Labourer to join our dynamic team. This role involves assisting with various construction projects, supporting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring the smooth progress of building activities. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, reliable, and eager to learn about construction processes. Responsibilities

Assist with site preparation, including unloading materials and setting up equipment Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers in their tasks Carry out general labor duties including digging, lifting, and moving materials Maintain a clean and safe work environment by clearing debris and organizing tools Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times Assist with loading and unloading supplies and equipment as needed Support the installation of construction components under supervision Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing project needs Valid driver's license is advantageous but not required
