Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new skills on the job.

Duties

Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at job sites. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by removing debris and ensuring tools are stored properly. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members. Operate basic hand tools and power tools as needed under supervision. Perform site preparation tasks such as digging trenches or clearing areas for construction. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements

Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required; we welcome entry-level candidates willing to learn. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus but not mandatory.
