Responsibilities

Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing construction materials and tools on-site Support the team in preparing work sites, including setting up safety barriers and equipment Help with basic carpentry, demolition, or cleaning tasks as directed by supervisors Carry out general labor duties such as digging, lifting, and moving materials safely Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment Support skilled tradespeople with their specific tasks as needed Assist in maintaining equipment and ensuring tools are in good working condition

Qualifications

Prior experience in construction or related manual labor roles is a plus but not required Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures and detail-oriented approach Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions effectively Reliable transportation to job sites; valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks on-site Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
