Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team on-site.

Responsibilities

Metal framing Batt insulation installation Operate hand tools and power tools. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks, such as carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work. Participate in the assembly and installation of framing. Perform physical labor including moving materials. Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.

Requirements

Previous experience in construction is not required. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is advantageous. Must have your own vehicle for transportation
