Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Duties

Assist skilled tradespeople in the construction and renovation of buildings and structures. Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying materials, and cleaning job sites. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks in a timely manner. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations. Load and unload materials as needed for construction projects. Help with the setup and teardown of scaffolding, ladders, and other equipment.

Requirements

Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and standing for long periods. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration. Willingness to learn new skills and take on various responsibilities as needed. Must be able to work in various weather conditions and environments. Join us in building something great!
