Duties

Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople. Help with the installation of structures, including framing, drywall, and roofing. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety. Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols at all times. Perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, digging trenches, or moving materials.

Skills

Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred. Ability to follow directions accurately and work as part of a team. Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and supervisors. Attention to detail to ensure high-quality work standards. Familiarity with safety practices in a construction environment is a plus.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 60 per week
