We're looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented
Construction Laborer/Painter
to join our team. In this role, you'll help with surface prep, painting, and general construction tasks on both residential and commercial projects. who is eager to learn and grow with our company.Key Duties
Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, priming, sealing). Apply paint, stain, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and power tools. Assist with demolition, renovations, and general construction work. Safely operate hand and power tools for tasks like caulking, fixture installation, and drywall repair. Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe throughout each project.
Experience & Skills
Construction site experience preferred; painting experience is a plus. Must be comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment. General maintenance or repair skills are an asset. Must have
reliable transportation
to and from job sites. Ideal candidates are reliable, energetic, and take pride in producing high-quality work.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
