We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Assistant to join our dynamic team. Duties

Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools and materials during project tasks Help with the installation of structural components, fixtures, and other building elements under supervision Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with OSHA standards Perform basic demolition, cleanup, and site maintenance activities as needed Assist with inventory management by tracking tools, supplies, and materials used on-site

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or certifications in construction or trades is a plus Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills on the job Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively as part of a team Good physical condition, capable of lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods Basic understanding of construction safety procedures is preferred but not required Reliable transportation to job sites; valid driver's license is advantageous but not mandatory Prior experience in construction or manual labor roles is beneficial but not essential; training will be provided for qualified candidates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.15-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week

Work Location: In person
