Job Description

Blue Maxx Basement Systems is currently hiring Construction Labourers for repair and build projects. We are a construction company based in Winnipeg - specializing in foundation repair, new foundations, structural repairs, and helical piles.

Duties Include:

- work with team to carry project to completion
- loading/unloading material and equipment
- installation of waterproof membrane, weeping tile, concrete repair products
- use of shovels, wheelbarrows, power tools, compactors as directed
- assist with site-prep, demo, excavation for foundation work.
-installation of ICF and other concrete forms

Requirements:

- valid class 5 drivers license
- reliable, hardworking, ability to meet physical demands
- ability to work with various hand and power tools
- come to work with a positive attitude, willingness to learn
- ability to understand and follow safe work procedures
- related construction/trades experience preferred
- experience operating machinery/equipment an asset
- experience with concrete products, forming, or foundation repair an asset

Compensation will be based on qualifications.

Monday to Friday work schedule 7:30AM - variable end-time based on project work

Our office and warehouse are located at 3300 McGillivray Blvd.
