The pay rate for this job is $18 - $23 / hour
Requirements:
Perform general site clean-up
Move, load, or unload materials
Assist in light construction if necessary
Remove debris and trash from work site
Some specialized tasks may require on-the job training
Use equipment, depending on the jobsite/assignment
Credible / contactable references within your field of work
Punctual / dependable
Knowledge of residential / commercial construction a must
Knowledge of workplace safety and safe lifting and handling procedures
Knowledge of appropriate materials, methods, and the tools required in various construction processes
Work Conditions
Job requires ability to work with tools, lumber and materials.
Ability to lift and manipulate objects of up to 45 lbs is required.
Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.
Excellent stamina is required.
Hazards associated with the construction industry.
