Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction Laborers. In this role, you will be an essential part of our construction projects, contributing to the successful completion of various tasks on-site. Duties

Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites. Load and unload materials and equipment as needed. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety. Help with the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding, barricades, and other temporary structures. Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on-site.

Requirements

Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Good communication skills and ability to follow directions effectively. Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction tasks. Must be able to work well in a team-oriented environment. A valid driver's license
