Job Summary


We're currently hiring a reliable

Construction Labourer

with hands-on experience in

wood-frame construction

. This role is focused on

drilling holes, Clean up,

and supporting the crew on active job sites.

If you've worked in residential or commercial wood buildings and are comfortable with power tools and job site conditions, we want to hear from you.

Duties



Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, including loading and unloading materials. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks. Perform basic construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while on the job site. Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.

Requirements



Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices. Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction work. Reliable transportation to job sites as required. Ability to work flexible hours, including potential overtime when necessary.

Pay: $17.75-$21.50 per hour
