Duties include the following:
Monitoring the Contractor's operations to ensure compliance with contract terms,design specifications, and drawings
Monitoring progress and schedules
Preparing daily & weekly reports
Maintaining projects records and site diaries
Reviewing contractor work procedure submissions
Monitoring of quality control testing
Reviewing on-site quantities
Contract Administration
Coordinating with clients and sub-consultants
Effectively and clearly communicating both verbally and in writing with clients, contractors, sub-consultants, and internal staff.
