Construction Handyman

Pearl Builders Group is a commercial and residential real estate project management company. With over 20 years of experience amongst the senior management, Pearl Builders delivers a wide variety of projects. We manage projects from construction to property management encompassing a complete design/build. Our work ranges from the management and development of complete new builds, refurbishments and fit-outs for Companies.
We are looking for a reliable Handyman to undertake upkeep and repair tasks at the interior or exterior of premises. We will rely on you to keep our facilities in perfect condition by doing various odd jobs.
Responsibilities
Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants. Prepare floors/walls for installations. Ability to install tiles in various construction areas. Perform maintenance and light repairs. Perform routine landscaping on the grounds. Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.) Undertake light installation or carpentry (e.g., build cabinets) Repair equipment or appliances Assist in electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs. Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks (e.g., shoveling snow) Identify and report the need for major repairs.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience as handyman Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems. Good communication ability Vehicle to travel to various job sites across the GTA (must have driver's license Well-organized and apt in problem-solving Attention to detail. High school diploma or equivalent Basic mathematical skills
