Construction General Laborers

to join our construction team. As part of our crew, you'll play a hands-on role in supporting a variety of construction projects for both residential and commercial work in Winnipeg and surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity for

What You'll Be Doing

Perform site preparation, setup, and cleanup. Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools. Perform physical demanding tasks including digging, lifting, and moving heavy objects. Support the foreman and crew with any other necessary tasks such as basic installation, framing, concrete work and demolition tasks. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment (e.g., drills, saws, compactors). Work in dirty/dusty environments (excavation, concrete, waterproofing, etc.) as required. As required, perform work in all weather conditions and while being exposed to outdoor elements: heat, cold, rainy weather, etc. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site at all times.

What We're Looking For

Previous qualifying construction laborer experience Strong work ethic and the ability to safely handle tools and equipment A team-first mindset -- able to follow direction, dependable, punctual, and cooperative Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites (mileage expenses will be reimbursed)
