Crossroads Staffing is hiring a Construction General Labourer for our client, They are a well-established general contractor and construction management firm with over 35 years of experience across Quebec and Ontario. ?Y" Duties & Responsibilities

• Jobsite clean-up and debris removal
• Manual labour in outdoor and construction environments
• Safe operation of hand tools and power tools
• Moving and handling pumps and hoses for excavation dewatering
• Clearing vegetation and maintaining site access
• Installing, moving, and maintaining fencing and silt fences
• Other tasks as directed by the Site Superintendent and/or Project Manager

?Y"< Qualifications & Safety Requirements

• Mandatory Training:

• Working at Heights Certification
• PPE Requirements:

• CSA-approved safety boots (minimum 6" height)
• Long pants required -- no shorts permitted
• Must be physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions

• Weekly pay through Crossroads Staffing
• Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (weather dependent)
• Overtime paid after 44 hours
• Assignment support and communication provided throughout
