Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead our construction projects with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction management processes. This role requires hands-on experience in supervising construction sites, managing teams, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Manage project schedules using tools such as Buildertrend to ensure timely completion of tasks. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow and communication. Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure project specifications are met. Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship. Utilize construction management software for budgeting, estimating, and project tracking. Train and supervise crew members, providing guidance on best practices in construction techniques. Implement OSHA standards to promote a safe working environment for all team members. Prepare reports on project progress, issues, and resolutions for upper management. Hands on approach.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar supervisory role in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction management principles including project scheduling, budgeting, and estimating. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards in construction environments. Excellent blueprint reading skills with the ability to interpret schematics accurately. Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams effectively. Solid understanding of quality control processes within the construction field. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams while maintaining a focus on project goals. Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
