We are seeking an experienced

Construction Foreman

who can lead construction workers, deliver projects

on time, within budget, and with quality

, and represent our values in every interaction. You'll

supervise residential and commercial work across Winnipeg and nearby areas

, ensuring projects are delivered with

What You'll Be Doing



Lead construction crews on residential and commercial projects, and be responsible for all work carried out on-site. Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and project documents. Plan and assign daily tasks for the construction crew, monitor progress, and ensure work is completed with quality, within time, and within budget. Troubleshoot issues and keep projects on track. Maintain a safe and efficient job site, enforcing standards and best practices. Communicate effectively with workers, clients, and management.

What We're Looking For



10+ years of experience as a Construction Foreman or in a similar supervisory role Strong knowledge of construction methods and project sequencing Ability to motivate, organize, and lead crews effectively Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality Clear communication and ability to foster teamwork Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites (mileage expenses will be reimbursed) Own vehicle is an asset.
