Overview


We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Supervisor to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction processes, and proficiency with industry-standard management tools. This role is vital in ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Construction Supervisor will coordinate teams, manage resources, and serve as the primary point of contact on-site for clients and subcontractors.

Duties



Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide project execution Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 for planning, tracking progress, and documentation Oversee quality control measures to meet industry standards and client expectations Manage on-site safety procedures and conduct regular safety meetings Monitor project budgets and assist with construction estimating to control costs Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations Lead and supervise construction crews, providing guidance and resolving on-site issues promptly Maintain detailed records of daily activities, inspections, and progress reports

Requirements



Proven experience supervising construction projects with a strong understanding of construction management practices Proficiency with industry-standard software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and other construction management tools Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety regulations on construction sites Strong skills in budgeting, construction estimating, and resource management Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively Familiarity with construction site protocols, schematics interpretation, and building codes Prior experience using construction management software for project coordination is highly desirable Valid experience in supervising diverse teams in fast-paced environments
