Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Site Foreman to oversee and manage our residential construction projects. As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects, maintaining our high standards of quality, and delivering exceptional homes to our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities.

- Manage and lead a team of skilled carpenters and subcontractors.

- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate execution of work.

- Monitor project quality, schedules, and budgets.

- Implement and enforce safety protocols.

- Communicate effectively with management, architects, and engineers.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a site foreman or construction supervisor in residential or commercial projects.

- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, building codes, and regulations.

- Strong leadership and managerial skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and craftsmanship.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification or degree in construction management or a related field.

- Familiarity with construction software and project management tools.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
