Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of construction processes. The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for supervising crew members, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining effective communication with project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards. Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to establish project timelines and budgets. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide work processes. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications and industry standards. Train and mentor crew members in best practices for safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship. Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively.

Experience

Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry. Strong skills in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and quality control processes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$44.91 per hour

Expected hours: 48 - 55 per week
